We currently build in Timber Banks (host of the 2024 Fall Parade of Homes), The River Grove at Radisson, and Brittany Hills on Syracuse's west side. We also build on private lots throughout Central New York — Skaneateles, Marcellus, Manlius, Fayetteville, and beyond.
Yes. Mark Antony Homes built the first Gold LEED Certified home in New York State. Our team includes a LEED Green Associate interior designer and we are Certified Green Professionals through the National Association of Home Builders. Energy-efficient and eco-friendly building is core to what we do.
Absolutely. Every Mark Antony home is fully custom — you choose the floor plan, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and every detail. Our in-house interior designer works directly with you on all selections. We don't build from templates.
